A core feature of our great democracy is to listen. It is ultimately the people who decide the direction of our nation. We continuously collect evidence from young Australians across every electorate, state and territory.

Collecting data is not enough. We identify trends before they become a crisis, combining quantitative research with lived experience. These become Australia’s leading indicators of youth wellbeing and opportunity.

We believe young people should not only identify problems, but they should help solve them. Every major issue becomes a challenge that a young person has a stake in.

Research has little value if nobody reads it. We communicate differently — instead of producing one report, every project produces multiple products for different audiences.
